That's not a line. Before real estate, I built a career in corporate America. I know what it feels like to make big decisions with real stakes — and to wish I had someone in my corner who actually knew what they were talking about.
The Story
Why I do this work.
I got into real estate in 2016 because I saw how confusing and stressful the process was for people — especially families trying to move up. Sell first, buy second? Buy first, hope your home sells? Carry two mortgages and pray? None of those felt like good answers.
So I built a process. A real, step-by-step system that coordinates both sides of the transaction — your sale and your purchase — so your family doesn't have to choose between options that all feel risky. That's the Smooth Move-Up Method™, and it's been my focus ever since.
Since 2016, I've helped 15 families in Snohomish County move up. Some sold in record time. Some got significantly over asking. Most just wanted to get into the right home for their family without the chaos. That's what I help them do.
I'm also a Managing Broker and Certified Mentor with eXp Realty, which means I spend part of my time helping other agents build their businesses the right way. I believe in doing this work with integrity — not just getting deals done, but getting the right deals done for the right people.
When I'm not working, I'm probably on the golf course or spending time with my family. I grew up in the area. I went to Villanova. I came back because this is home — and I love helping other families make it their home too.
